Heat Treatment

Heat treatment shop with multiple furnaces to perform heat treatment processes like –

Normalizing,
Annealing,
Hardening,
Tempering
Carbide solution annealing.

Adequate facilities for oil, water and polymer quenching is present. Each heat treatment batch is recorded and a heat treatment graph is generated with proper traceability. Hardness testing is carried out to ascertain hardness of the heat treatment material using the Rockwell and Brinell Hardness Testing machines present.
